About Effect
WHO WE ARE
EFFECT is a newly formed guild on Mal'Ganis made up of great players who share a common goal, to kill current content in the best way we can. Each member comes from an experienced raiding history, with some dating back to Vanilla and the Burning Crusade. Some of us have come from top 100 guilds and while others are diamonds we found buried along the way. Our top current member have 3-4/7 Mythic experience, with the rest at 7/7 Heroic. We are currently looking to extend and finalize our roster as we push to clear Mythic Higmaul, in preperation for joining the race once Blackrock Foundry is released.



EXPECTATIONS OF OUR RAIDERS
-Each raider must have at least one alt with raid ready gear, and be willing to switch to the alt if need be.
-Show up 15 mins early to start trash. Pots, flasks, and food will be available if needed. (Bringing your own is always appreciated.)
-Extensive knowledge of their class and a willingness to share techniques and info with other raiders of the same class.
-At least a 90+% attendance. (We understand life happens sometimes)
-Must know how to read and learn from logs to further improve your play
-Stable internet connection and a raid ready PC.
-The attitude and mindset to kill bosses and collect loot.
